Subscriptions and Purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com — refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from within the app under Me → Settings. Deletion includes a 30-day grace period during which you can restore your account. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is removed.

Waitlist

To be removed from the launch waitlist, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with.

Safety

If you encounter content that concerns you, use the in-app report function or write to [email protected]. Reports are reviewed by our safety team.
